About Great Pregnancy Yoga Poses 
Great Pregnancy Yoga is a collection of 98 poses (510 pictures) inspired by the prenatal classes of Laura Armenta, certified yoga instructor, dancer, and studio owner. This yoga style is joyful, contemporary and revitalizing! It is guided by the influences of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Kundalini yoga forms, and the gracefulness of various dance styles. Our collection also includes many traditional poses adapted for pregnancy.
Pre-designed pose sequences (templates) help you to quickly establish your practice and are available for all three pregnancy terms.
