Customer Support We are happy to provide assistance to our customers who have licensed our product.  Our support is provided by email.  If you have a question or an issue about the software or content you have purchased, please send us an email with the following information:   First and last name Address including city, state and zip code Version of the product Content installed License key Description of the question or issue Send your request to our Customer Support team at support@yoga-software.com.  We will respond to your request as soon as possible which is generally within 24 hours of receipt.    To find the version information about the software and content, please follow the steps below.    1.  Start the yGuide yoga software application and go to the Help menu.    2.  Select About yGuide.  You will see the list of what is installed and the associated version numbers.
