How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your yGuide Yoga Software purchase. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a software product you ordered, we’ll exchange it, replace it, or refund your money within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returning a Product Purchased from Chakra Productions, LLC
Within 30 days of purchase, Chakra Productions will accept the return or exchange of any software product purchased directly from Chakra Productions. Meditation and Chant CDs and downloads are non-returnable. Chakra Productions cannot process returns for products purchased from another source. Indirect orders of products may not be returned directly to Chakra Productions. Please contact the source where they were purchased for the return policies of that source.
Software Product Returns
To return a software product purchased from Chakra Productions within the last 30 days:

Send an email to support@yoga-software.com and provide the following information: - the order number - your name - the product you are returning (meditations and chants are non-returnable)
- the reason for the return -
You will need to print and complete a Letter of Software Destruction, attached here as a PDF file. (If you prefer to receive a copy by mail or e-mail, please contact Chakra Productions at 650-685-8835 or support@yoga-software.com.) You have 15 days from the email date the return was requested to return your full product to Chakra Productions and the Letter of Software Destruction. Return requests remaining in Chakra Productions' system past the 15-day limit will be cancelled. If the product was downloaded from Chakra Productions, follow the instructions on the Letter of Software Destruction to return the form and skip step 3. -
If the product was purchased on CD, place the CD in the original packaging (jewel case). Place it in a protective mailer and include your name and order number with the shipment. Use a carrier that has a reliable tracking system. Chakra Productions is not responsible for products lost during return shipments. Ship the product to the following address:

Product Refunds
After Chakra Productions receives the return (if applicable) and the Letter of Software Destruction, the refund process takes two to three weeks. You will be refunded using the same method as your payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, Chakra Productions will credit the same credit card account; if you ordered by purchase order and were invoiced, Chakra Productions will credit your account. (If you have already paid the invoice and have no outstanding balance, Chakra Productions will send you a refund check.) Shipping charges are not refunded unless the reason for the return is an error by Chakra Productions and Chakra productions has sent an electronic confirmation of this.
