yGuide Yoga Software Pose Collection Review
There is some overlap of poses between the collections. Some of the poses that overlap have additional variations and some poses overlap so that a flow sequence can be completed if it is the only collection installed (downward dog, upward dog, corpse pose, etc…). The number of poses that overlap range from about 6 to 16. The Great Yoga Pregnancy collections has many poses that overlap, but those poses have variations specific to the terms of pregnancy.
